De Pro Elite Hi-It Running is the treadmill with no speed limit. This is because this treadmill does not have a motor, but the speed is determined by how fast you run. It has 4 resistances, which determines how easily the band gives way with your footsteps. On this treadmill you use more muscle groups and burn more calories than a motorized treadmill. The Air runner has large handlebars that you can use to simulate Power Sled Training by hanging from them. The curved 160 x 44 cm tread made of lamella construction also ensures ergonomic movement.

Because you can determine the speed yourself, changing from slow to fast is also a lot faster than on a normal treadmill. This makes the treadmill, as the name suggests, suitable for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The programs are designed for this. Between the 8 programs you will find 3 interval training sessions and 4 target programs (time, distance, calories and heart rate).

Large handle bars

The large handlebars have multiple grip positions so you can always hold them in a way that is most comfortable for you. You can also use the special handlebars on both sides to “hang” in, simulating Power Sled Training.
