Rhodiola Rosea Extract: Each dose of Bezerk 100% pre-workout contains a whopping 650mg Rhodiola Rosea extract. Rhodiola Rosea boosts energy levels, improves mood, increases stamina and fights fatigue 1, 2, 3. For example, researchers found that athletes could cover a distance of 10 kilometers faster if they took a single dose of Rhodiola an hour before. Unlike almost all Rhodiola extracts, the extract in Bezerk 4% pre-workout is not standardized for the substance Rosavine but for Salidroside. Creatine monohydrate: Creatine intake leads to an increase in phosphocreatine in the body resulting in a greater formation of ATP.
