Ingredients for protein oliebollen

For 10 - 12 delicious protein donuts you need the following ingredients:
• 250 grams of wheat flour
• 250 grams of vegetable quark
• 80 grams of soaked raisins or currants
• 1 1/2 scoop IQ Nutrition Iso-Whey vanilla (available at Vnmshop)
• 4 tablespoons of aquafaba (this is the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon of biscuit spices
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
• pinch of salt

Preparation of protein oliebollen

Making egg white donuts is not very difficult. All you need are the ingredients, a large bowl, an oven and baking paper. Because you prepare it in the oven, the oliebollen are already a lot healthier than the normal version, which are of course fried in oil.

1: First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2: Then melt the coconut oil and mix it with the quark, aquafaba and agave syrup until smooth in a blender or bowl.
3: After this, add the rest of the ingredients, except the raisins or currants. Mix well together so that it becomes a smooth dough.
4: Finally, mix the soaked raisins or currants into the batter.
5: Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Make 10 to 12 balls of dough with your hands and place them on the baking tray.
6: Place the baking tray with egg white donuts in the preheated oven. Let it bake for about 15 minutes. If the oliebollen are golden brown after XNUMX minutes, you can take them out before they become crunchy.
7: The protein-rich oliebollen are best warm and of course with powdered sugar (a little sin is allowed)
