VNM Omega-3 Cod Liver Oil contains 1.000 mg of cod liver oil per softgel, with 80 mg EPA, 100 mg DHA, 800 mcg vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, and 5 mcg vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol.

Usage and warnings

Take two softgels per day, preferably with a meal. Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age. The daily dose provides 1.600 mcg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate. Use during pregnancy, when trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding only after prior advice from a doctor or midwife. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin A without expert advice. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
