De FDR2.0i Crosstrainer is the ideal elliptical cross trainer for the real home athlete. It is quiet in use and offers you a stable workout. It has a V-belt so that you can use the device at any time without disturbing the neighbors or housemates. In addition, the flywheel is located at the front, which ensures that the training feels very comfortable and stable. Adjust the incline in one of 5 positions, choose from 21 programs and switch between the 16 resistance levels and challenge yourself!
Move the FDR2.0i to make room in your living room. This is easy because the crosstrainer has a lever at the back that you can easily lift until the transport wheels touch the ground, now it rides smoothly over the ground. After moving, level the crosstrainer again with the adjustable feet at the bottom.

You can choose from 21 different training programs: manual mode, 10 pre-programmed workouts, 1 Body Fat, 1 Wattage, 4 Heart rate controlled and 4 user programs. All of these programs automatically switch between 16 training levels. On the LCD screen you get insight into your time, distance, calories burned, speed, incline, heart rate, wattage and RPM. Get an overview of your progress by training with your heart rate, using the heart rate sensors in the handles.
Inclination angle: 5 positions
You can move the crosstrainer in 5 different incline positions. This way you can make the workout as intensive as you want. In addition, you target other muscle groups when you train with a (small) incline.
The flywheel is located at the front of the crosstrainer. This ensures that the crosstrainer is very stable and is less taxing on your joints. This makes the movement a lot more natural as if you are actually running.
In addition to the 21 programs, you can also use the fitness app FitShow. Download it for free from the App Store or Google Play. With this app you can create a personal training plan and track your performance. This way you can see whether you are on schedule or whether you can challenge yourself a little more for better performance. You can also choose from different training programs.
Ergonomic Design & Double Guidance
It doesn't matter if you are taller or shorter. The crosstrainer has a maximum user height of 200 cm and can be loaded up to 120 kg. The distance between the foot pedals is relatively small, which ensures ergonomic movement. The anti-slip pedals provide a lot of grip and stability. Furthermore, the crosstrainer is equipped with a double guide, which ensures a stable and quiet training. Hold on to the fixed supports or use the large swing arms to vary your workouts. Place your water bottle in the bottle holder, a tablet in the tablet holder to exercise as comfortably as possible.
