Preparation advice:
Mix 1 scoop of Whey Isolate (approximately 30 grams) with at least 200 ml of water or milk. For a complete shake, add Ultra Fine Oats, finely ground oatmeal that dissolves perfectly with whey and water. A ratio of 100 grams of Ultra Fine Oats, 30 grams of Whey Isolate and 400-500 ml of water is ideal. Food supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
