Each 12,5-gram serving contains, among other things, 4 grams of citrulline malate, 3 grams of creatine monohydrate, 2 grams of beta-alanine, 400 mg of taurine, 250 mg of choline bitartrate as VitaCholine™, and 200 mg of caffeine.

Creatine increases physical performance during successive series of short, very intensive exercises. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine. Niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

Use

Mix one sachet (12,5 grams) with 250 ml of cold water and drink 15 minutes before training. New users are advised to use half a sachet for the first 7 days. Use only as directed and take a maximum of one serving per day.
