No pain, no gain? Or would you rather grow without side effects? Myox H3C

By Co van Well

From Michelin man to Mister Olympia

In recent years, a trend seems to be visible that the novice athlete is increasingly turning to illegal performance-enhancing drugs. No more years of struggling in the gym for a few kilos of muscle mass. Equal result is what you want. Before this beach season from Michelin male to Mister Olympia and from catering spoiler to six pack. With a few clicks of your mouse you have the necessary jars at home and the transformation can begin. With killers such as "the chance of that is very small" you give yourself courage that your Testo and Dbol course will not lead to side effects. Cardiovascular diseases, acne, “bitch tits”, impotence,… that happens to others. Not you. To get dry, stack your steroids with Clenbuterol. You don't sleep a wink at night, your heart is beating, it's like you have Parkinson's, your hands are shaking so hard, and you're agitated and nervous like a mouse in a tub full of snakes. In short, you feel like shit. But yes: “No pain, no gain?” However…?

Alternatives to the black market

In the past decades, knowledge about training, nutrition and supplements has increased enormously. Scientific research and the experience of athletes unafraid to break new ground have led to achievements previously thought impossible. Thanks to the development of groundbreaking, innovative sports supplements, alternatives to the dangerous products of the black market are finally available. An example of such a product is Myox H3C. This supplement combines the effects of various illegal doping substances, but without endangering health. Myox H3C consists of 4 components that have been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on our hormone balance and thus significantly improve muscle building, muscle strength, recovery time and fat burning.

A 42% increase in testosterone levels

What are those 4 ingredients in Myox-H3C? First of all, there is D-aspartate. Researchers from the University of Naples showed that a daily intake of 3 grams of D-aspartate for 12 days by a group of 23 men resulted in a 42% increase in testosterone levels1. This increase is the result of an increased release of LH (luteinizing hormone) by the pituitary gland. This results in an increased production of testosterone by the testes. Myox-H3C contains calcium d-aspartate chelate. This is the most stable, best soluble and best absorbable form of D-aspartate.

The kind brother of Primobolan and Winstrol

The effect of D-aspartate can be compared to that of mild anabolics. Like these drugs, intake of D-aspartate leads to an increase in testosterone levels. However, unlike drugs such as Primobolan, Deca-Durabolin and Winstrol, D-apartate does not flatten your testosterone production. This disturbed testosterone production means that after an anabolic course you usually lose a large part of the muscle mass you have gained. You will also feel down and lifeless, and the chance of erection problems is high. With D-aspartate these side effects do not occur. If you stop using it, you will retain your new muscle mass and you will not fall into a dip.

More testosterone without unwanted estrogens

The second component of Myox H3C is Diindolylmethane (DIM). Much has been published about this drug in recent years. Countless studies show the positive effects of this on our health2,3. This in itself is reason enough to choose to use this supplement. However, in combination with a powerful testosterone booster such as calcium-d-aspartate chelate, DIM really comes into its own. An increased release of testosterone entails the disadvantage that more estrogen is also formed in the body. DIM prevents the formation of harmful oestrogens. In addition, the use of DIM results in more free testosterone. It is this unbound part of the testosterone that determines the result.

Better than Aromasin, Arimidex and Femara?

DIM is comparable in effect to aromatase inhibitors such as Aromasin, Arimidex and Femara. These agents are often used in combination with anabolics because they block the aromatase enzyme so that testosterone is not converted into the female hormone estrogen. Increased estrogen levels can have many unwanted effects such as fluid retention, breast formation in men and emotional lability. A major disadvantage of the pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitors is that they often reduce the estrogen too much. Too low an estrogen level is just as bad as too high. This can lead to, among other things, disturbed cholesterol, joint problems and libido and erectile dysfunction. DIM differs from drugs such as Aromasin, Arimidex and Femara because it does not simply block the formation of estrogen but converts bad estrogens into good estrogens, because there are also. In this way, it benefits from the positive effect that estrogen has on our body, but without causing unwanted side effects. DIM has proven its effect over and over in practice. Many steroids users combine DIM with steroids and in this way are not bothered by a disrupted estrogen level.

More muscle growth due to IGF-1

In addition to calcium d-aspartate chelate and Diindolylmethane, Myox H3C contains Ursolic Acid as the third ingredient. A team from the University of Iowa discovered in 2011 that Ursolic Acid, a substance found in the peel of apples, among other things, prevents muscle breakdown, promotes hypertrophy and stimulates fat burning.4. Ursolic Acid owes these unique properties to a number of mechanisms. First of all, it locally increases the release of the anabolic hormone IGF-1 in the muscle. It also increases lipolysis and prevents fat storage.

An increased IGF-1 release without side effects

Bodybuilders have been aware for several decades that IGF-1 has a highly anabolic effect. However, attempts to increase the amount of IGF-1 in the body often lead to deception. Direct administration of IGF-1 often does not give the desired results because this peptide is very unstable both inside and outside the body. In theory, IGF-1 is an interesting ergogen, in practice it mainly creates an empty wallet. The combined use of growth hormone and insulin is a widely used method among elite athletes to increase the IGF-1 release by the liver. However, this form of administration also entails a number of drawbacks. First of all, there is the danger of hypoglycemia, or too low blood sugar, if one takes insulin. In severe cases, this can lead to acute death. In addition, frequent use of both growth hormone and insulin can lead to diabetes. A third disadvantage of the combination of growth hormone and insulin is that this leads to a systemic increase, ie throughout the body, of IGF-1. This means that this will also lead to cell proliferation where one does not want it. This can lead to growth of tumors or of the intestines. Ursolic Acid only increases the release of IGF-1 in the muscle, safely promoting growth.

The fastest way to boost your testosterone production

The fourth ingredient of Myox-H3C is vitamin D. Now you probably don't expect a big performance boost from a vitamin. You're wrong! If there is one vitamin that is important for testosterone production, it is vitamin D. Yet a majority of the Western population has a chronic vitamin D deficiency. Research at the University of Graz showed that only 1% of a population of 2300 men had enough vitamin D in their blood5. And guess who were the ones with the highest testosterone production? That's right, the men with the higher concentration of vitamin D. Several other studies support this effect.

No gain, no brain!

In 2012, with the development of a new generation of supplements, there is a real alternative to the dangerous muscle enhancers on the black market. Sure, with a course of Testo and Dianabol you will blow up like a balloon, but at what cost? Afterwards you will see your muscle mass disappear like snow in the sun. It takes months before your body is back in balance. If you are lucky that your body has not suffered any permanent damage… And why should you? With supplements that are based on the most recent scientific research such as Myox-H3C, there is the option to stimulate maximum strength and muscle growth without robbing your body. The credo is no longer “no pain, no gain” but “no gain, no brain!”
