This is how you make Protein Tortilla Chips from the oven.

Healthy and responsible, but also good food? Most people love tortilla chips but this is quickly associated with unhealthy, but tortilla chips don't have to be unhealthy! Delicious and conscious protein tortilla chips are prepared with egg white powder, egg white and oat flour. Still a nice byte only responsible! Prepare tortilla chips together with guacamole, a delicious dip sauce made of avocado, tomato and red onion. The perfect snack for on the couch, but healthy! Do you want to make this yourself? Below is explained step by step how you can prepare this responsible snack yourself.  


What do you need:

Tortilla Chips:

1 egg protein
1 scoop IQ Nutrition ISO Whey
¼ cup of oat flour
2 tablespoons of PW super seed mix
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinxh pepper
1 pinch of cumin

Guacamole:

1 ripe avocado
¼ small red onion
1 tbsp lime juice
½ ripe tomato
1 handful of coriander
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

Tortilla Chips:

- Mix ingredients in a batter.
- Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and spread the batter on a hot non-stick pan and make a giant pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear and turn over.
- Remove from the pan and cut into triangles.
- Bake in the oven until brown and crispy.

Guacamole:

Cut the avocado into small cubes.
Chop or cut the onion into cubes. 
-Add 1 tbsp Lime juice. 
-Dice 1/2 ripe tomato.
-Mix the ingredients together and mash it fine with the help of a pestle, you can also use a fork for this. 
-Add coriander, salt and black pepper to a fine paste.
